Logitech Premiere Edition Wireless Guitar Hero controller

$250.00 Released December, 2008

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Adds wireless functionality up to 30 feet - no more yanking out your controller when you're really getting into it. It sure is purty. Quality, feel and response.

The Cons:Now you have no excuse for not having purchased a real guitar. Makes you look way too into videogames. Extremely expensive for an accessory that only works with a couple of games.

The Logitech Premiere Edition Wireless Guitar Hero controller is a luxurious alternative to the official plastic guitars that comes bundled with or sold beside the popular game of the same name. Featuring a wood neck, a rosewood fingerboard and metal frets the fake guitar takes fans of the popular game to an all new level.

Where to Buy

Its wireless functionality adds value, but also decreases the realism attached to the guitar - that is unless you buy a fake amp and attach a cord to it from the device. At $250, the Logitech Premiere Edition Wireless Guitar Hero controller even sports a cost similar to that of a real guitar - which depending on how into Guitar Hero you are could actually be a good thing.

Features

  • realistic materials
  • wireless range of 30 feet (2.4 GHz)
  • plugs into a USB port (PS3 or PS2 only)
  • runs on 2 AA batteries

doesn't have the automatic synchronization that the official rock band 2 guitar has. where you just hold the guitar to the t.v. and it syncs itself
