The Pros:1:1 replica of a Fender Stratocaster. Real wood and metal parts. Does not require a dongle/adapter.

The Mad Catz Rock Band Wireless Fender Stratocaster is a 1:1 replica Stratocaster guitar designed for use with the Xbox 360 games Rock Band, Rock Band 2, Beatles Rock Band, and Guitar Hero 4 & 5. The body, neck, and headstock are in fact constructed from actual Stratocaster wooden blanks, adding tremendously to the unit’s authenticity.

Included also are Tuning Keys and a Bridge both constructed from genuine metal parts and fillings. As for connectivity, the Fender Stratocaster relies on the same wireless components utilized in the original Xbox 360 controllers — meaning it requires neither a dongle nor adapter to operate. Overall, the Stratocaster wasn’t built like a flimsy toy and it certainly isn’t meant to be used as one either.
Additional Information
The Stratocaster is hand-painted, buffed with gloss, and even sports a ‘Rosewood’ decal. Included are premium Fret Buttons, a Strum Bar, a Whammy Bar, Start/Back buttons (disguised as volume/tune), a headset port for online play/communication, and a ¼” output jack for hooking up to an optional Rock Band Electro-Harmonix Overdrive Petal.
