Tritton AX PC Pro
$95.00
Released March, 2009
The Pros:Comfortable enough to wear for hours. Surround sound is effective and gives an advantage in FPS games. Microphone is ideal for streaming voice channels, Ventrilo.
The Cons:Music doesn't sound quite right through them, overly crisp. Don't block much of the noise around the room. Large and bulky, not very portable.
The AX PC PRO is a mid-range gaming headset from Tritton, very similar to the 51 PRO but with a USB rather than analog connection. Unlike the entry-level AX 180, the PC PRO processes 5.1-channel audio for a three-dimensional effect via 8 individual speakers.
