The AX PRO features Dolby Digital decoding of 5.1-channel audio for a three-dimensional effect via 8 individual speakers. The headset improves upon its predecessor, the AX360, with a new, more powerful subwoofer. The AX Pro features a backlit inline audio controller allowing independent adjustment of each speaker's volume, and of chat and game volume. The microphone is rigid and detachable, allowing the AX Pro to be used as high-end headphones for watching movies.
