Wii Classic Controller

$20.00 Released November, 2006

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Vintage style makes retro gamers feel at home. Plugs into Wiimote NOT the console - more freedom.

The Cons:Can't be used for Nintendo Gamecube games. Requires a Wiimote - not standalone. Small size feels tiny to most adults.

Nintendo's Wii has full backwards compatibility with every Nintendo game from the NES to the Gamecube. However, all of these games were released before the introduction of the innovative motion sensing Wiimote, therefore to play these Nintendo classics a traditional controller is required.

scrap104: #wii_classic_controller I got the classic controller because it was so uncomfortable playing Mega Man 9 with the Wiimote. I didn't want a wire sticking out of the Wii with a GameCube controller.

Great controller. Feels like an SNES controller with analog sticks. Mar 29, 09
